1. What TheShipStack is

TheShipStack is a free, open-source Next.js starter kit for B2B SaaS, distributed through GitHub at github.com/abdelrahman-abdelmoaty/theshipstack. These terms govern your use of the theshipstack.com website. Your use of the source code itself is governed by the LICENSE file in the repository.

2. License of the code

The starter kit is open source. The LICENSE file in the GitHub repository is the sole and authoritative source on what you may do with the code — copy, modify, redistribute, use commercially, and so on. Nothing on this website overrides or adds to that license.

3. Updates

TheShipStack is developed in the open. New features, dependency upgrades, bug fixes, and security patches are pushed to the public GitHub repository. There is no guaranteed release cadence and no obligation to maintain the project.

4. Disclaimer

TheShipStack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about fitness for a particular purpose, security, or that the code will be free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing the code before deploying it to production.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheShipStack and its authors and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the source code or this website.

6. Contributions

Contributions to the project are welcome via the GitHub repository. By submitting a pull request you agree that your contribution is licensed under the same terms as the rest of the project.
